CBN Inserts made by the material Cubic boron nitride with high hardness, good thermal stability and strong bonding resistance suitable for processing high-manganese steel, tool steel, bearing steel, high-chromium alloy, gray cast iron, HT250 and so on. Sandwich CBN insert allows multiple corners or double full face negative inserts with a very strong high temperature vacuum braze. It provides higher insert integrity and lower cost per corner.
