The  Carbide Circular Knives are used in a wide variety of applications for their ability to slice through many materials, so, usually the blades are made for these applications are  custom sizes. Our Carbide Circular Knives can be supplied up to  400 mm in Diameter with different inner hole diameters, Pin holes, Key Ways, cutting edge shapes and bevel angles . They are precision ground to a high tolerance standard, mirror finish surface and  sharp cutting edge. They can be used in high speed cutting, with a high production efficiency and good surface finish.
 

Applications:

Carbide Discs is mainly used for paper, rubber, plywood, hardwood, PCB, PVC, stainless steel, high manganese steel and PCB, PVC electronic circuit boards and other materials industry.
These products require high precision, no glitches, maximum abrasion resistance. We are using HIP sintered and fine grinding, polishing plating to reduce frictions when cutting, improved the accuracy and speed slitting greatly, tool life extended.
High strength in use, impact and shock resistance higher, but wear resistance and cutting speed comparatively lower. Roughing of cast irons, non-ferrors metals and their alloys as well as non metallic materials at low cutting speed.

Q3. Why the short working life time of corrugated board knives ?

A3:1.Is the grain size of the grinding wheel proper? Too coarse grain size of grind wheel :make a short working life time of knives.
      2.Too frequent grinding; the grinding time is too long, or the grinding pressure is too high.

Q4. Why the edge of corrugated boards cut by knives with burr and dent ?

A4:1.Please check the cutting edge of your blades. Is the cutting edge keen enough?
      2.The corrugated board is too wet.
