Product Description

Tungsten Carbide Jaw Gripper Process Introduction:

1. High purity of raw material, less impurity content, more stable physical properties of plate.

2. Spray drying technology is adopted to protect the material with high purity nitrogen under the condition of full sealing, which effectively reduces the possibility of increasing oxygen in the preparation process of the mixture, has better purity, and the material is not easy to dirty.

3. Uniform density: 300Mpa isostatic press is used to suppress, which effectively avoids the generation of pressing defects and makes the blank density more uniform.

4. The plate has good density, good strength and hardness indexes: ship low-pressure sintering technology is adopted to effectively reduce the pores in the plate and stabilize the quality.
