HRC≤48 is a universal grade for milling of carbon steel, alloy steel,suitbel for cast iron and stainless steel. It can be for machining of Ni based high-temperature alloys at normal cutting speed.
Coating: nano-TIALN coating(PVD), grey black color.
Grain size: 0.8µ micro grain WC
Flute: 4 flutes is for semi-finishing or finishing cutting, 2 flute is for rough machining.
Cutting corner: 4F has sharp cutting corner, suitable for 90°right angle groove, 4E has cutting edge strength. Cutting edge to all endmill treated by special honing process.
