When drawing medium and thin wires, the PCD wire drawing die has a longer service life than diamond dies and hard alloy dies, and the wire size is stable and the surface quality is good. However, the crystal grains of the PCD wire drawing die are relatively coarse, and it is difficult to polish, and the surface finish of the drawn filament is not as good as that of natural diamond. By refining the grain, the polishing performance can be improved, and the natural diamond can be replaced on the wire drawing die of medium and fine wires, which can greatly reduce the cost and improve the product quality.
