Solid carbide shank holders is made from premium tungsten carbide. The properties of tungsten carbide ensure excellent rigidity, good vibration resistance, and no distortion due to excessive lateral force.
2.High precision machining
In some working conditions, the machining depth can be extended while the machining surface roughness can be improved, tungsten steel anti-shock extension shank can realize the possibility of ultra-long, ultra-deep, and ultra-high precision machining.
3.Cost reduction
Even if the cutter head is damaged, the cutter rod can be reused, which increases the value of the carbide threading bar. The cutter head and solid carbide shank are connected by threads, so the cutter head can be replaced quickly and easily when it is failed to work. The thread direction is opposite to the machining rotation direction, so there is no care about loosening during machining.
